Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or we made an error on our end, we want to make it right immediately. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at admin@mixedtexan.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem right away and rush a brand-new replacement to you completely free of charge.
